Here’s how I’m different:
Clarity & Advice
An investment in real estate is the largest single investment most people ever make. I take time to educate my clients, guide them through the buying and/or selling process, and help them build the appropriate team to represent their interests.
Excellence
The New York real estate market can be brutal. I'm committed to ensuring that every client I work with achieves optimal results and has a wonderful experience. I consistently raise the bar for myself and work hard to continue to meet it.
Enthusiasm
I love what I do! I'm an extravert and take pleasure in getting to know my clients. I truly enjoy the entire process–from helping imagine a creative but pragmatic sense of a home’s possibilities to intense negotiations and resolving tough deals.

Client Testimonials
Mary is extremely professional and always stays on top of everything. She was so patient with all of our questions, and she did such great job coordinating all the moving parts: attorney, sponsor, selling agent, mortgage and us. We are first time buyers and also we're international buyers. Everything went smoothly, and we closed our apt and moved in within 2 months. I cannot recommend her more, and look forward to working with her again in the future.Lindsey & Qiao, Buyers
Mary went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for! I had my heart set on staying in Brooklyn Heights, but wasn’t loving what was available. A couple weeks into my search, Mary sent me a text saying “I know you aren’t considering Williamsburg but I have to send you this place because it checks all your boxes.” Sure enough I loved it and am very happy in my new home and neighborhood. I appreciate that she took the time to really understand what I wanted and was thoughtful enough to realize a place outside my narrow search could actually be the perfect fit.Anna, Renter
We were fortunate to have Mary help us with our home. She has an incredible talent for visualizing how to transform our space, which was invaluable. I will never make a real estate move without consulting her. Highly recommend.Ioannis, Buyer
Buying in NYC
Why work with a broker?
A simple search can show you almost every available listing within your parameters. While this is a great place to start, if you’re serious about buying in a real estate market as expensive and complex as New York City, it is essential to build a team of experts to represent your best interests. This team will consist of your real estate agent, real estate attorney, and lender (if applicable).
The seller’s agent on any property you view is both legally obligated to represent the seller’s interest and personally incentivized to get the best deal for their client. The buyer’s agent doesn’t have a vested interest in any one particular property and therefore provides you unbiased advice, will negotiate the best offer for you, and shepherd your team through the entire process so that you make it to the closing table. The buyer’s agent is paid by the seller at closing, so their is no cost to buyer to work with an agent.

Accessibility
I understand that the buying process can be stressful. I stay in close communication with each of my clients, and I'm always quick to respond. I pride myself on educating my clients and continuing to be a resource long after we've closed a deal. My goal is to make every client feel like they are my only client and build a long term relationship.
Diligence
I'm careful and persistent with all the moving pieces of the buying process. I help each of my clients assemble a team that fits their unique needs. I do research, run comps, and make sure they're fully informed every step of the way. I'm strategic with negotiations, skilled at deal making, and I vigilantly shepherd each deal to closing.
Confidence
In addition to my extensive training and experience in the field, I have the backing and resources of the #1 real estate brokerage in NYC. Our award winning team offers robust support in negotiation strategy as well as expert understanding of the unique characteristics, complexities and requirements of NYC's unique market.

NYC Buyer’s Guide
There’s no place on Earth like New York City or the New York real estate market, and embarking on the search to buy can be intimidating and confusing – especially for first time buyers. I put together a guide to help prospective buyers wrap their minds around how buying works in NYC. I hope you find it helpful!
Selling Your Home
Hiring the right agent is the single most important thing you can do when selling your home.
Creativity
Most agents apply the same formula to all of their listings–I approach selling differently. My background in marketing enables me to turn obstacles into openings in all aspects of the sales process. From figuring out creative solutions to suboptimal aspects of a home to cleverly structured transactions, I think outside the box.
